Sushi is one of our very popular specialties and we
understand how difficult it is just to pick out one roll out of all of our
options. So today we are here to help lead you in the right direction. The next
time you’re at Harbor Docks for ladies night and you’re struggling with your
sushi decision, you’ll be ready and prepared to take on our decadent variety of
sushi options. We know it’s just a matter of a meal, but in this day and age
whatever you put in your mouth should be fabulous and delicious. 
One of our most popular rolls at Harbor Docks is the
Backdown Roll. This popular dish is stuffed with fresh shrimp, cream cheese,
fried tempura and cucumber. Spicy sauce is drizzled over each roll then topped
with fresh Tuna, avocado and finished with krab salad. This decadent sushi roll
will leave you full and happy but still wanting more. No one ever regrets this
delicious choice.
Another popular roll is the D.A.T., which is a little more
simple than the Backdown Roll but never disappoints. This one is filled with
tuna, avocado and green onion then topped with spicy sauce. It’s quaint yet
full of flavor and delectable deliciousness.
And of course we always recommend all of our customers to
try our appetizers like seaweed salad, miso soup or edamame.
